App Bar and General App Options
The top bar, located at the top of the mobile application screen, is available across most sections of the app. It displays the user's greeting and provides quick access to commonly used options, such as the Profile icon, self-help guides icon, notifications, and the main navigation menu (Hamburger menu).
On the right side of the screen, you have quick access to the SOS option for emergency services.
In the bottom-right corner, there is a Chat with us now option to connect with a Credentia chat agent for any inquiries or assistance.
At the bottom of the screen, the navigation bar provides quick access to the main sections of the application: Offers, Event Roster, Invoice, and Availability.
The following table shows the Navigation bar functionality:

| Manage Profile | Tap the Profile icon to edit your profile details, access self-help guides, change language, and sign out of the application. | |

| Side Menu | Tap to open/close the side menu. | |
| Help Icon | Tap Self Help Guides to view all the help guides. | |
| Localization | Tap the Flag icon to change the text displayed on the platform to one of the available languages. | |
| SOS | Tap to send an emergency alert or request immediate assistance. | |
| Chat | Tap to open the chat feature and communicate with support or relevant contacts. | |
| Offers | View and respond to available event offers. | |
| Event Roster | View and manage assigned events. | |
| Invoice | Access invoices and payment-related details. | |
| Availability | Update and manage your availability for upcoming events. |
